When you browse Kiam Express or place an order, we collect the information needed to run the store: your name, phone number, delivery address, and order history. If you create an account, we also store your email address and a securely hashed password. We never store full card numbers — payments are handled directly by our payment providers.
How We Use It
- To process and deliver your order, including sharing your name, phone number and address with our courier partner (Steadfast) so they can contact you and deliver the parcel.
- To send order confirmations, delivery updates, and replies to support tickets.
- To improve the site and prevent fraud or abuse.
What We Don't Do
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share what's necessary with payment processors (to complete a transaction) and our courier partner (to deliver your order).
